RESPONSIBILITIES

- Engage in diverse, creative projects across various media platforms, utilizing cutting-edge software to craft bold, innovative designs that drive business success.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision, bringing ideas to life and representing the company/client with precision.
- Thrive both independently and as part of a dynamic team, such as marketing, to manage multiple projects seamlessly, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Analyze current design processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement creative solutions to enhance overall design performance.
- Maintain and organize an up-to-date internal database for design assets, including photography and video, ensuring quick and easy access to resources.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bring 3+ years of proven experience in professional graphic design, ideally within a dynamic creative or marketing agency environment.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field, showcasing your strong foundation in design principles.
- Demonstrate expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign), Figma, CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript to produce visually stunning work.
- Leverage your experience with WordPress and content management systems to manage and enhance digital content efficiently.
- Possess a solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact.
- Apply your knowledge of information architecture, wireframe development, user flows, UX/UI design to create seamless, user-centric digital experiences.
