To support our product development teams in creating cloud applications for our products and customers, we are seeking a Scrum Master, who is motivated to guide one or more development teams in their agile processes and teambuilding.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your Responsibilities
Maintain values, principles and best practice of agile software development
Conduct and improve all activities related to SCRUM
Protect and improve team efficiency and velocity
Act as mediator and conflict manager
Closely interact with product owners and other stake holders
Support in setup and improvement of development environment
Contribute to our culture of best practices, clean code and testing in our development processes
Participation in our Competence Area and Peer Learning programs
REQUIREMENTS
Our Requirements
University degree in engineering, computer sciences or economics with focus on technology
Project management experience with agile methods
Strong social and communication skills
Domain knowledge or interest in any of the following domains: Mobility, Connectivity, Big Data, Connected Navigation, Cloud Computing, Automotive
Experience with agile software development, including but not limited to SCRUM, Kanban, Continuous Integration
Familiarity with SCRUM in large scale e.g. Scrum@Scale, SAFe, LeSS
Naturally curious and boundless enthusiasm to learn new technologies
SCRUM certification
Fluent English
Knowledge of German language is beneficial
